yeah ! exercise

assalamualaikum
how are you ? how's ur job ? ur study ? sume good2 ker ? if okay , say alhamdulillah :)
same with me . alhamdulillah everything just okay . makin aktif . makin nakal . err okay ! dont judge me by my word yaa . hehe . well alhamdulillah rasa diri nh dah macam dapat satu energy good2 je . hehe . well tadi ada join marathon , not the real . just practice only . well , just want say thats my college does not awesome like other college . but alhamdulillah i'm still proud with my college . lantak lah orang nak cakap apa kan . well , i cannot angry and say the negative words when the others people say anything about my college because my positive mind say that they dont know my college at all kann . they dont know , thats why sometimes they say and bla . bla . bla the negative words . yaa . just do sabar . not to go kill them . errr --'
okayla . well nothing to say but saje nak merepek . well , merepek its one of my hobby . yaa . actually kan , diri nh kan dah bajet good2 je . hehe . well , i'm intersted for join one marathon at dataran merdeka . just want get experience only lah , not for become winner because i know that i cant challenge with about 5000 people (maybe lah cause i'm also not remember the num of people will join that marathon) nak challenge ngan orang ramai tu ? mmg x lah kan , tapi well its okla cause at least i'm still can get my own experience . yaa . if dapat peluang lah :)
when i register my name for join that event , i just think that i only must prepare myself alone for that event alih2 ciap ada coach yg akan bantu . err berat je rasa -.-'
ahaa ! when dapat call dari org berkenaan , maka kena pegi exercise berlari . hohoii . amek kau ! agak terbeliak mata kecik nh bila dia nak suruh round 10 kali bersamaan x ingat berapa km . aiyaa ! imagine lah . dah la lama x join apa2 xtvt . alih2 kena berlari pulak , memang agak err okay , must try kan . first berlari mmg okay tapi sampai tengah2 dah agak slow , slow dan slow . fine . tabik springg kat sir yg latih kitorang tadi sbb berlari without rest . yaa . he's already 47 years old . imagine lah . yg 19 years old cannot challenge him . agak segan la jugak -..-
bila dah rasa agak err pancit tengah2 jalan sbb rasa2 kureng oksigen , boleh pulak sir datang berlari dari belakang then say like this "come on, follow me, take ur breath, dont stop, follow me, run , run" mak aii sir , 5 minit je dapat follow sir dari belakang then continue pancit pulak rasa . apa2 pun . alhamdulillah just can do 6 rounds only . ok leteww . dari yg orang lain yg buat kurang kann . bila sume dah agak pancit , sume pakat rest . last2 sir sorang2 je yg lari . yaa tepuk ! tepuk ! sorak ! sorak ! sir memang awesome ! :D
bila dah setel , then sir give the tips . ahaa ! mmg patut pun , sir amal kan makan pisang then minum air yg dicampur garam sbb nak elak cramp . err patut laa ada energy lebih . x mcm kami2 sume yg dah sedia maklum tade apa2 tips . yaa , apa2 pun nak jugak try challenge sir for the next day our practice . insyallah

#kaki melecet . must sleep early for the next axtivity tomorrow at putrajaya . insyallah :)
